Embassy Suites by Hilton San Juan Hotel & Casino

San Juan Embassy Suites was central to so many restaurants, walking distance to the beach, as well as local areas to visit. They were very transparent about construction occurring and that was appreciated. The daily breakfast had a little bit of everything so I liked the options. Their staff was so helpful, prompt & informative. The pool area was well kept and there was someone one contact let out their cleaning if needed even late night at 10:30pm. The room space helped a family of 5 feel spread out. Unfortunately small details like the coffee pot looking uncleaned when I ran hot water through it and finding a dead bug behind the machine dissuaded me from wanting to drink a cup of coffee in my room. Other than that the housekeeping did come daily and would leave a note as a reminder if we’d like replenishing of towels or housekeeping to reach out which was nice to know. I liked the parking lot had ample space. The laundry room had a fairly good amount of washers/dryers that several guests weee able to take advantage.

Great for all types of travelers, family-friendly and the free breakfast was awesome. The daily/ evening reception was great!

I stayed as ES for 3 weeks with my family. While I had to work every day, everyone else was free to enjoy a day in paradise. Starting each day with a nice full breakfast included with the room. The pool is amazing for kids and adults. The beach is a few blocks away. It is a safe walk with a store along the way to grab supplies. Umbrella, lounge chairs and towels are included with the room. A giant 24hr grocery store is a safe 5 minute walk from the hotel. Just 10 minutes from the airport in an $8 cab ride. The small casino is nice and off to a corner mostly hidden from kids. It wasn't too busy, has tables but no craps, $5 tables all the time, nice dealers, live band. The common area of the hotel is huge, has plenty of seating, is beautifully designed like a hotel in Thailand. There is even a Koi pond in the middle. The event center is busy every evening with beautiful dressed people. The staff are very nice, polite, and enjoy their work. The other guests are very friendly! In 3 weeks we didn't encounter a single grumpy person. Small kids at the pool and beach play together which helps the parents watching enjoy and relax. I felt good about leaving a wife and 2 kids here every day. They had great options even on rainy days. The open and bright design with in a very popular location does fill up quickly.

My family and I have stayed at Embassy Suites and Casino San Juan multiple times since it first opened. It’s been about 10 years since our last visit, and my husband and I were very pleased with the property’s upkeep. The hotel is in great condition, with a clean and fresh ambiance that we truly appreciated, especially since we’re sensitive to unpleasant carpet odors found in some hotels. The casino and restaurants offer excellent options for dining and entertainment, adding to the overall positive experience. I would absolutely still recommend this property!

The Embassy Suites are always a sure and safe option to stay with my family. They always deliver. This specific hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which makes it the perfect option to stay when traveling on red-eyes flights.

Beach service is included, but the chairs are rather uncomfortable. Still it's nice that 2 beach chairs (of any kind) plus umbrella were included for free every day. The breakfast is also phenomenal, but make sure you get there by 8am unless you want to stand in a long line for your customized omelet. Pool is larger than depicted online, and really impressive. However, I was not happy that this hotel lets children and teenagers run roughshod. Not only was there non-stop screaming and jumping right on top of people while parents do nothing, and several times footballs thrown in the pool nearly struck bystanders as they were trying to relax in lounge-chairs. Hey Hilton Lawyers---if someone gets hurt because you're not supervising what goes on in the pool area of your resorts, this is how lawsuits happen. For everything I liked about this hotel, what I saw go on in the pool area (with no intervention by hotel staff) would cause me to consider other options next time I come to San Juan.

I loved that the property was right in the city and very convenient to the beach, stores and restaurants. The hotel was beautiful and provided lots of dining options. The amenities which included a pool, casino and bar were the highlights of this hotel. My family had so much fun. The only negative was that room service did not Clean our room for several days. Nonetheless, they did clean it very well once I made the request. I will definitely stay here again.

Embassy never disappoints. It’s kid friendly and the pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast option and food is fresh. Happy hour was also nice for adults and kids. The staff was very friendly.
