Hard uncomfortable beds. Scratchy sheets. North rooms face building no natural light. Can’t turn off rain shower , Feels more like a 3 star. Mediocre breakfast buffet. Small Indoor pool full of kids. Clean hotel, not too expensive, Great location, quiet AC, easy self parking garage and helpful staff were the pros

The hotel has indoor outdoor pool on second floor which is nice especially traveling with family. Do have dinner at the hotel restaurant Flavio will take good care of you and the food is outstanding

It’s located in a nice neighborhood that’s right next to tram stop and just 5 min walk to metro/train station. The room is nice and spacious. We tried asked for room on upper floor with view since we booked for 4 nights over a month ago but they only gave us 3rd floor with no view (a bit disappointed). The pool is also like a kiddie pool so we weren’t able to use it.

Absolutely brilliant hotel with lovely staff. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Very child friendly, with the pool and terrace being a huge winner!

Loved the breakfast as it was more convenient for us to come down and eat instead of having to go out to look for a restaurant, and the buffet had a good selection of food. Staff was helpful and courteous. Location was good and the area felt safe. The room size was adequate for our family of 3, the linens were clean, and the bathroom was a good size. Having a pool was great because it enabled us to cool off on what turned out to be a warm day in Lisbon on our last full day there.
