Hotel Hotel - Member of Design Hotels

I am always skeptical of hotels with really high ratings, but if you are reading this, don't be. This hotel is just that good! It's an unassuming little hotel tucked away. It's a boutique hotel and comes with a ton of character (and instagrammable opportunities). We came here with a toddler who is very active and were worried about how kid friendly the hotel would be. But I gotta say, it was amazing. All of the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. I can't say enough about each and every one of them! Everyone got to know our little one and it was a pleasure being there. The restaurant is great and I loved their lobby bar. It's one of those places you come to even if you are not staying at the hotel. The hotel is very well placed on the outskirts of the old town and a 10 minute walk or trolley to top of the hill with a great view. Perfect location, we also came from the airport on metro with no issues. Biggest star for this hotel however, was if you are a parent. Our toddler was jet-lagged and very active, so at 5am I found myself entertaining her in the lobby. The staff was amazing, they gave me the keys to the yoga studio and the little one had a blast playing and using up her energy in the mornings. Super accomodating. Loved this hotel and will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect hotel with staff that treats you like family. Location is close to everything yet quiet. Food is amazingly good.

Great Location! Incredible staff, they treat you like family here we were sad to leave...Johana and Bernardo are amazing !!! I cannot recommend this place enough, great breakfast room is very modern and super comfy, don't hesitate to book here
