What a find!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly, responsive, and welcoming to our family. The F&B vouchers were an unexpected but pleasant surprise. We enjoyed a few nightcaps at the bar with the friendly bartenders listening to the good piano player and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. The waiter was so nice and accommodating when the sushi presentation came a bit different than expected. He offered to exchange it free of charge but we declined his gesture and ordered another dish that came right away. I really enjoyed the sushi and my kids enjoyed their dishes as well. The ONLY suggestion I would offer is for the hotel to invest in some decent chop sticks to match the quality of everything else. The cheap wood ones seemed out of place for this quality of restaurant and hotel. I hope this hotel gets more patrons as they really offer a quality experience, and this is coming from someone who travels the world regularly. Highly recommended this hotel!!!!
