The hotel is gorgeous, old world. clean and welcoming. We would stay again. The breakfasts were some of the best we've had in Europe. Food was fresh and plentiful. We will remember The One fondly and will recommend it to our friends and family, for sure.

All of the staff were amazing--especially Fernando in the restaurant and Lucas who helped us with our luggage and showed us around the hotel and its services. Bruna and Bruno in the restaurant were also wonderful. And Marta the concierge as well as Sandro (at checked-in) were amazing and so helpful. We will be returning to The One Palacio again! Why? Because it was, at once, the most beautiful, relaxing, and friendly hotel we have ever stayed in--and we've stayed all over the world. The staff is like staying with family...that you actually love!
