NinetyNine Hotel Amsterdam Airport

This property stated by airport. it was in an industrial part of the city and `7 miles from airport. There was no shuttle to the airport, tried to rent bikes to get around only to have the staff take them for their provate use. We signed up and paid but when we went downstairs to collect them, the bikes were gone. the management was of no help. There was one soap for body, shampoo and conditioner. Towels were threadbare. i would NOT recommend this place, run by kids with no respect for people staying there.

This hotel was very clean and the bed and pillow were so comfortable I slept like a baby. I especially want to applaud the housekeeping staff for doing a great job and for receptionist, Mile, who went above and beyond for a very difficult customer. When I saw how gentle and patient he was with that person I knew he was the type of staff who put customers first rather than what was easy for him. Also Christine was very sweet and courteous when she checked me out. For those who are planning to use public transportation, don’t forget to look into the total cost each day because it will cost you slightly more since you have to bypass the airport every time you go to city center from this location.
