We had a nice clean family room. Hotel was close to the airport and is very convenient as they run shuttle service to and from the airport every 30 minutes which I like the most. Breakfast was alright as omelette option was not available. Most of UK hotels have this option.

Family room was great and spacious. Complimentary shuttle was convenience and the breakfast was fantastic and well worth the additional fee. Only issue is customer service lacking, we showed up 1.5 hours early and they wanted to charge 30 eur to check in early and we were exhausted from travelling with our children. Considering we booked a suite and breakfast I would have expected the service representative to allow us to our room early considering it was clean and ready fo go.

The first part leading up to the stay was actually not so pleasant. The first scheduled shuttlebus from the airport at 14:30 never arrived and the next one at 15:00 was slightly delayed. Had we known we probably would have taken a taxi under the circumstances with two small kids. Upon arriving at the hotel, the checkin was of guests was incredibly slow... It took something like 30 minutes to checkin 4 rooms.. Besides that, everything else was great. The room was nice and clean. Quick service to get an additional roll-away bed. Great and pleasant service in the restaurant with good food.
