Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

I know the Moxy brand very well and have my family stay there routinely so was surprised by how disappointing my stay was. The shuttle driver to the airport was almost laughably rude. Left me standing at the curb after making direct eye contact so clearly could see me there eurb my bags trying to get on the shuttle but shut the door right in my face while staring me in the eye and drove away. Another gentlemen was there too and yelled loudly for him to stop but he would not. I had to literally run in front of the shuttle to stop him but he wouldn’t let me on because I had an empty coffee cup from the hotel in my hand. Once he finally let me on the bus he thumped me very aggressively on the shoulder and made some rude remarks about the coffee cup. I was shocked. The man who checked me out was rude as well. The rest of the staff was friendly. My first room had a broken shower drain that flooded my entire bathroom so I had to change rooms. The room overall are very cheaply appointed. Food was ok. Same decent Moxy style throughout.
