The staff in the reception was super friendly, assisted me several times. The breakfast was good with a variety of food. The room was very clean and spacious (we got the accecible room). The beds were very comfortable, even the extra-bed for the kid. There is a free luggage room we used until our flight. The bus and train station is 7 minutes walk, which gives easy access to the airport/center of town/amsterdam city.

The staff was very thoughtful and accommodating. We traveled as a family with two dogs. The area around the hotel was great. Our furbabies loved it and parking was very convenient. The reasons why we chose this hotel were dogs allowed, parking, and proximity of local transit. It was nice to see geese and ducks at night during our puppy walk. Also, the restaurant within the hotel actually tasted great, my son loved their “Bella” robot. The only recommendations would be to fix the small things such as the buttons for the elevators and maybe use a bottle that requires less “shove” to get the product out in the bathroom.

good location, close to the railway station and bus stop. Quiet location and quiet in the hotel. family freindly. Friendly and helpful staff. Large rooms, could do with more shelves in the bathroom and drawers in the bedroom. Meals were nice but could be improved with a little variety. Needs a toaster at breakfast.

We waited 45 minutes to receive a baby crib we requested before we arrived. A bit of an inconvenience because we had his arrived from about 20 hours of night traveling from the USA arriving at 9am.

It was nice. Not much around. No shuttle to airport. But the room was huge and comfortable for us and our baby. Will come again !

The hotel itself is perfect. Well suitable for business, but also for families. Lobby is great, rooms are large and comfy. Location is a bit problematic though - feels safe to walk, and the train station is only 4 minutes away, but there's almost nothing within walking distance (restaurants, entertainment, etc.). This leaves you with the hotel bar/restaurant only, which is very expensive. Food quality is good though. Bottom line: great hotel, very accessible to airport and Amsterdam by train, but nothing to do around the hotel.
