Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Centre

Absolute quality, the level of attention to detail was great, how clean absolutely everything was, how friendly all the staff were, treated like I was family, would highly recommend it to others, it certainly won’t be the last time I visit Inntel hotels, 5 stars!!!

I’ve stayed here before due to being so close to Centraal station. The hotel has a refurbishment over last few years so don’t let the outside put you off. The staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The hotel will happily store luggage pre and post-check out. Hotel offers a breakfast service only no dinner service. Sauna is not worth the effort really and gym is basic but ok. On this stay I was allocated a room in the adjoining part of the hotel which annoyingly meant taking one elevator, walking across the floor and bridge to another elevator and then finally to my floor. The hotel should warn of this on the website and advise prior to checkout as personally I found it quite inconvenient and time consuming so probably wouldn’t have stayed if I’d know I wasn’t in the main part of the building but I didn’t have this information to make a choice. Breakfast was good with good variety, potato rostis need to be cooked freshly or removed as these were not nice and tasted as if they’d been there all morning, I found this each day so wasn’t a one off, otherwise cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals etc. Also with families using hotel I’d suggest removing alcohol at breakfast although a nice touch, sadly middle aged American women had a few to many by 9am which spoilt breakfast for everyone else, common theme with American tourists (not all but deffo majority). Hotel should do more to stop groups of young men booking and coming in drunk at 2am.

This was the perfect family hotel in Amsterdam! We felt safe there and the staff were very friendly. The restaurants outside were perfect for quick dinners. Loved it here!

We booked originally 3 rooms part of the layover we have in amsterdam we checked in @9 pm and we added another room for one of the kid but the kid could not breath due to bad smell and smoke in the room. Manager said he will refund the room and we did not use the room, morning another staff member denied refund claiming they gave late check out which was not communicated
