Park Inn by Radisson Mazatlán

A family hotel. Lots of kids and definitely a place to stay if you come to have fun IN FRONT OF THE OCEAN.

It is always a great experience staying at Park In, simply because it is not an expensive hotel but it is beautiful, clean and service is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable and have good size, beds are outstanding, you actually sleep like a baby, the views to the pool and beach make feel relaxed and chill. Food in the restaurant is not as good as it used to be, however it is still good and if you try any of the meals available you will enjoy it. The pool has very good size, and even if the weather is not that good it has a heating system so the water remains warm.

the staff are excellent, friendly and professional. some speak english. the price is good. the hotel is directly on the beach, which is wonderful. the hotel has 1 outside common area for pool / bar / restaurant / beach access, and there is usually music being played here, which ranges from bad, to ok. the gym is minimal, but i'm glad there was something there. the wifi is good. the rooms face towards the pool/beach area, so there is some sound from pool music, and sometimes shouting children; a high floor is desirable to minimize the noise. it's in a quiet part of mazatlan, with not too many things to do in the area besides the beach and some restaurants and bars.

I hadn´t realized that the Radisson brand had moved so deeply into the budget market. The property is downright ugly, crammed onto its very narrow site so as to claim ocean frontage on the smallest possible footprint. Room decor can only be described as ghastly. The hotel was packed with vacationing families, leaving no possibility of appropriate pandemic spacing in the public areas and elevators. The bedding was good. Otherwise, thanks for nothing.
