BFH ATTRACTION Deluxe Hotel, Centro Playa del Carmen

The staff was amazing, especially Edwin who took a lot of time to help us with our many questions and Ally who went out of his way to help when we had some issues. My mom and I loved this hotel! First and foremost the staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The location is amazing, just within minutes walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, and so many dining and shopping locations. The hotel is clean, with breakfast included, a pool, beautiful rooftop views, and spacious rooms. Because of the location and proximity to other hotels, it did get noisy at night with the next door hotel having pool parties through the night. I was able to sleep through it, but I understand some people like it to be more quiet at night. The only drawbacks I experienced on my stay were the shower head and lack of a microwave. The shower head sprayed water everywhere else but on me. There is a refrigerator which was great to keep water cold overnight but no microwave to heat up leftovers. The hotel room is also controlled by the room key so the electricity only works when the key is inserted in the room. Therefore, if you’re out for extended amounts of time, everything in the refrigerator will get hot. The good outweighed my minor issues and I would 100% stay again and recommend it to my family and friends!
