Antera Hotel & Residences

It’s not like we had a choice after being tricked to book for a room then they told us we had to pay an additional $40 for the children . We were not able to make a cancellation to get our money back.The staff were rude with an attitude. They were even talking about us negatively in Spanish. The room was not as advertised. The TV was not working, The pool was also not “working”. We had to ask them to come and fix the AC. We were not able to sleep until 4 am because of the loudness. The music playing was outrageous, it felt like a concert in our room. The advertisement was very misleading. Be careful when booking for this facility

Great place! Stayed with my family 5 total and everything was extremely comfortable and extremely clean. The staff was amazing! It's locared right on 10th and so many restaurants, bars, the ocean and 5th. The streets get very noisy at night but the glass is blocks off most of the noise. I would definately recommend and come back!!

The security of the place made my family felt safe to go shopping around at any time of the day. The property is in excellent location from clubs, restaurants, shopping, transportation, Beach. The hospitality of everyone just made me felt like home😍 Thank you for hospitable 5 night stay!

Antera was perfect for what my family needed. Walking distance to the beach, safe, lots of shops and restaurants close by, nightlife, and close to Xcaret park. We had to wait until 3pm to get our room but that’s check-in.

Great stay at this hotel and family room size was very large, 2 large bedrooms with 2 Well appointed bathrooms, kitchen and living space. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Great location. Pool was nice. Grateful we could shower with later departure. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Glad it had laundry. One older security guard was super kind. Good for families. Beach very close.

Great for families

We had a great stay at this property. Check in was easy, as was the self parking. We stayed in the family apartment and had plenty of space and loved the rooftop terrace. The location was also great, and was in close proximity to the ferry, beach, bars, restaurants, and shopping - all within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Antera was a great option for us. The apartment was super comfortable the only down is that the main room does not have a lock so no privacy with kids i think everyone will understand. Very clean, super near the 5th avenue. We have the 012 room no problem with noise, very quiet room. the pool was great too, they have two pools. The bar and spa staff are very friendly. Safe parking circulation area is bit small so dont rent a big. vehicle. The breakfast is OK they have decnet options to choose. I definitely recommend here.

My husband and I enjoyed the convenience of hotel restaurants that had great food . And the rooftop pool just wish that the rooftop bar and lobby bar were open around the clock . We sleep very good even with the club down the street playing loud music we sleep like a baby . The bed was so comfortable I forgot to ask the brand of the bed and pillows . We will come back and our friends enjoyed there selves . We celebrated my husband 50Th birthday. Hotel even offer umbrella it rain off and on that was great . Cant wait to come back .
