I stood in an extremely long line 3 times, hours apart being told I would have early check in with a tower view by noon and would receive a phone call. Not only did this not happen, there was no apology for the inconvenience the staff did not care, I was just another number to them. Staff will say anything to shut you up. WiFi service in my room sucked, my child couldn’t watch tv without continued internet disruption. We finally just went to sleep. Night one sucked.

I was very disappointed that I had no fridge or coffee maker in the room. Also only coffee kids cereal and a few pastries in a dine area. Very nice pool and extremely helpful staff.

I've stayed in many hotels in Cancún. This is one of the best hotels and probably one of the cleanest in the city. Very nice pool area, the front desk staff and the security are top-notch, the bed is so soft, too many channels to watch on the huge TV, and you're near everything when you walk out of the door. The OXXO next door was really helpful. This is a great place for families! Minor complaints: The Wi-Fi was weak and spotty. It turned on and off and buffered a lot. The door key wasn't a card key. It was the traditional kind that you stick in a doorknob. It was also key-chained to this big glass-like palette that displayed your room number. Uncomfortable to the pockets, but it was do-able. Overall, I would still give it five stars. (I never woke up in time for the breakfast, lol).

We stayed here for 2 weeks & were absolutely thrilled with the cleaning/sanitization of the property and the incredibly helpful staff. The pool was very refreshing & Playa Tortugas is a relatively quick bus ride away. The complimentary breakfast was more than enough and included: coffee, tea, juice, milk, various pastries & cereals. The Plaza Las Americas mall is a 5 minute walk & has great take away options in the food court. Next to the mall are a Scotiabank a Telcel mobile store to get a very cheap pay as you go local sim for longer stays) The Casa de los Abuelos family restaurant is just down/across the street & has fantastic meals at very reasonable prices! The only drawback is the lack of a mini-fridge as we were staying for 2 weeks & would have liked to be able to have some cold drinks & snacks on hand in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for a shorter stay & was very pleased with the staff, room & common areas 😊
