I stayed 4 nights with my 2 kids and it was a very nice stay. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The housekeeping ladies were also extremely nice and cleaned thoroughly. Our toilet did not want to flush right away and maintenance came within 5 minutes, fixed it and I was very amazed. The breakfast was really good, it was different everyday and was freshly made and delicious! We also swimmed and the pool was nice and clean. I overall loved my stay and the kids enjoyed it just as much. I would definitely go back again.

Perfect for proximity to the airport. I stayed one night with my family because we arrived late. They have a restaurant in the hotel so we didn’t have to explore outside late for dinner and the complimentary breakfast was good. Pool looked nice but didn’t use, hotel was clean and modern.

Airport shuttle was great. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Pool was clean and a good size for the kids.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff are all lovely and professional. We appreciated the airport free shuttle. Our shuttle driver Estefan was very helpful when we noticed that our child lost his backpack. He helped us with finding his backpack and it made a world of a difference for our trip. Thanks for a great experience so far!

We arrived with reservation but there were approx 50 people in lobby trying to register. There were 3 people working and while I thought this would take forever, a women came out and worked the line. She took info on myself and another family with reservations went behind desk and came back with firms and keys in about 5 min. Amazing. Seems a flight was cancelled and airline sent passengers here for overnight stay. Awesome experience.

I was looking for an affordable hotel to stay the night before flying and decided to stay here because they have transportation to the airport and a restaurant. I did not regret it! Check in was great and the staff was very helpful and professional. My room was basic but wonderful. My favorite part was the comfortable king size bed, the clean bed sheets and huge tv! I slept like a baby. The only complain was that I sometimes could hear the people next door even though it says that the hotel has sound proof walls. Other than that it’s a great safe place to stay. Will definitely consider it next time I fly to Cancun!

We stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Cancun Airport to catch an early flight. Hotel is dirty. It did not have Hot water. I had to shower my babies in cold water. They were miserable! This is my second time staying at this property and both times I noticed how unkept it is.

The bed in the pull out couch was so uncomfortable my family chose to sleep on the floor instead. The staff had very limited understanding of English but pretended to understand and then did not follow through on requests. The Smart tv did not work and the only English channels were news. The food at the breakfast buffet was disgust. Do not stay here.
