Courtyard By Marriott Cancun Airport

I stayed only for 1 day with the family (wife and kids). All good. The attention was very very good. Everything very clean and neat. Not too many amenities in the facility nor in the neighborhood.

The hot water wasn’t hot, at best it was warm. We were on the ground floor and it was extremely noisy with children running up and down and screaming at 1.30 am. We asked for a wake up call as we had to be at the airport for 5.00 but we didn’t get it. Otherwise the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were accommodating.

Really nice and inexpensive airport hotel. Great for any layovers, how ever, I would find a better place for family vacation.

The property itself is very nice. Our room was also very nice and comfortable. The restaurant was expensive but that is expext when inside a hotel. The food was avarage to good, no complaints there I do have one very large complaint, we had originally booked for the night of 2/7 and needed to change dates due to a family emergency, and the hotel charged us another $131.48, more than we even originally paid. We did not want to cancel our stay just needed a date change. We will not be staying at a Marriot again.

The front desk placed my wife on the first floor amongst screaming children and barking dogs She had just suffered an accident at the airport and needed rest and got none for two days She even couldn’t enjoy a hot shower as the water was ice cold

Upon arrival they charged us extra 10 dollars even that we already paid all the taxes and it appeared that we paid they argued we should pay extra 10 dollars.But we were so tired and just wanted to go to sleep and not to argue. Then at breakfast they said children are not getting the free breakfast only the adults. It never happened to us at any hotel in the world. We had no time to eat anyway and asked for a box to take to the airport. They said that will be additional payment.

This property is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport. It was a little noisy with lots of kids staying at the same time.

This is my favorite hotel in Cancun. We are usually flying in or out of Cancun but no matter what, this hotel is great. The hotel itself is very well kept, it is clean, it is convenient to the airport, the pool is VERY NICE and well kept, the restaurant is VERY GOOD and EVERY SINGLE staff person is THE BEST. Even the doorman and shuttle people are exceptional. We recently met my daughter, son-in-law and their two sets of twins (6 & 8) at the airport and stayed here for a night. The kids were not well behaved but the staff, non the less, treated them like favorite guests! We just recently tried to book online and it said that the Courtyard was full so we decided to try the Fairfield Inn which is right in front of it but quickly realized our mistake. The Fairfield is not as clean, the layout of the hotel not nearly as convenient, and the pool was lacking compared to the Courtyard Inn. Oh, and the restaurant was not as good either. We looked at the menu and ended up walking back to the Courtyard Inn to eat.

We spend one night here th ensure e we’re ready for our early morning flight. Excellent choice for proximity to airport-the free shuttle was so easy! Great outdoor space that includes hammocks :). My kids loved the pool and I loved the jacuzzi and lounging. Rooms were me simple but clean and with mini fridge, buffet breakfast was tasty too.

Place is just OK. The rooms are very large but super outdated. The beach is almost non existent and there are never seats available there, just by the pool. The staff needs to be more friendly. They also need to stop ripping people off, trying to convert you into their membership. They will also be super long delays for food and then waitress would be vocal about getting a low tip. The pool is super super cold and kids are not allowed in the hot tub so it was a little hard with a toddler.
