My family and I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Reforma. The hotel is in a great location to enjoy the city’s culture and great food. The staff were amazing and very hospitable. My next stay in Mexico City will be at the Hilton Reforma again.

We liked the location a lot and its proximity to the Zocalo (Mexico's main square). We also liked the facilities, they are well kept, unpretentious, comfortable and cozy. The only thing we were not happy with is that we hosted an event there for 120 people and at the end were approached with a surprise fee: it was a big social event for our family and friends and at the end of the event, we were told we had to pay an extra fee so the maintenance crew could clean the "pieces of paper" that were thrown on the floor. Needless to say, this was an outrageous comment especially since we had paid the entire event a week earlier and nowhere in the contract said we had to pay that additional fee. However, after contacting our event host, she managed to solve the dispute, she was kind and gracious and totally understood our position. She managed to dismiss the cost and so we concluded our stay on a positive note.

The staff and service at the hotel were fantastic and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for accommodations in Mexico City. The central location of the hotel makes it convenient to get to many attractions and the morning breakfast in the executive lounge as well as the daily happy hours on the 26th floor with unmatched city views are benefits that you won’t find at other hotels. The only issue we had is that the hotel advertises their junior suite that we booked as having queen size beds, when in fact the mattresses are a standard double size. However, when we raised this concern to the front desk they immediately brought in 2 additional single beds to our room to accommodate, which is representative of the amazing service we experienced throughout our stay. We will be back on our next CDMX visit!

The hotel itself is great, it was a family trip (8 of us) with 3 separate rooms and everyone loved their rooms. Staff was super attentive and do a great job of making you feel welcomed. Can’t beat the location of the hotel, super clean and safe!! We were so happy to be so close to everything we wanted to see and amazed at the great vibe created every night by the street vendors, food options and music groups up and down the street. Can’t wait to go back!!!

The hotel was clean and staff and service was excellent. We were there with family and were able to meet in the lounge in the evening and mornings. The device and food up there were excellent.

Nice clean property close to lots of restaurants and street food and shopping. 10-15 minutes walk to zocalo on the way there’s lots of shops and things to see. room was super clean beds was a little hard but had an amazing view large room (junior suite) first time coming to cdmx and chose the perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel not the fanciest but still luxurious.

It was honestly the most beautiful hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. My family loved it. And the restaurant downstairs, El Cardenal, was to die for. In the middle of the city, spectacular view, hotel staff was great! There was a guy who checked us in upstairs on the 26th floor, Daniel, he was super kind and helpful. And also, a bellman also by the name of Daniel who was also very helpful! Definitely should stay here if you’re visiting the city.
