Hi, I had many problems at the hotel, starting with the person who checked me in when I arrived. The room was for 4 people and 3 children, and there were 2 other people apart from me because they were going to look after them later, but you saw a problem and they couldn't get there. I was only going to stay one night because I was leaving the next day. I had come from a long 14-hour trip by truck and I was very tired and they kept talking to me since 12:00 am and they did not answer to tell me that the people had not left. and that I had to pay for another room and apart from that the bed was full of blood and I told them and they said that they had nothing to do with it, that it was with another department. so instead of resting it went wrong for me the next day early I had to come to my house which is in brownsville texas another 16 hours drive I hope and you do something because I have several years with this app grabbing hotels and I never avian treated like this
