The upside of the Plaza Diana Hotel is that the rooms were spacious and clean, there was no noise to disturb your sleep, the beds were comfortable, the staff were attentive, and the small indoor pool was fun for the kids. The downside was that the Internet connection in the room was frustratingly intermittent at times, the water took awhile to heat up (and the shower handle was broken), and the fitness center was completely useless as the machines were not in working order and there were no free weights.

Recently renovated family-friendly hotel in a very convenient location. Staff is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar choices at a reasonable price range. Overall a great stay!
