Great safe location for family.

Great property. Have recommended to family and they have loved it. This is our place to stay when in Guadalajara.

Best choice of hotel for this area. We are natives from Guadalajara and once my family was owner of a hotel (many moons ago). Staff of very helpful and property is prime.

On a family trip, we stayed a week at Krystal in two (x2) double-bed rooms. Our experience was less than ideal, and it was mostly related to hotel upkeep / maintenance. The carpeting in common areas (hallways and lobby) is stained and old. The rooms have tile and faux-wood flooring and in one room, it appeared there had been water damage in the form of bubbling. The bathrooms have mold along the shower area. That said, the location is safe and relatively quiet. However, since we paid an average amount for both rooms on a 'better-than-average-rated' hotel, it was a disappointment.
