I stayed for over 8 days at this hotel with my family for Immigration/Consulate purposes even though it is one of the farthest hotels from the consulate everything was at a convenient distance. I was recommended to this hotel and I wouldn't doubt to recommend it as well, I believe that says a lot.

The property was, fine the problem was charging me 40 more for the room and only honoring 1 out of 3 nights for the reservation amd their attitude was very nonchalant and having my family there in CD Juarez is not something that I really appreciated.

I have staid here many times and its really nice they treat you like if you were in a 5 star hotel . I came in with 2 disabled people and I got help to our room as well they had a wheel chair for us to use . The chief was amazing i couldn't bring my family to the dinning room to eat breakfast so he him self and another person took our breakfast to our room .

I liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave and a baby crib in the room
