I just think breakfast should be free for all the kids.. the two free adults were free but had to pay for my nephew.

This hotel is amazing. It’s like a mini-inclusive resort. It has an indoor pool which has warm water, a game room with a pool table, a bar with nightly schedule like karaoke and live music, a restaurant with delicious buffet. A tour bus comes daily to the hotel for about $8 dólares you go on a 3 hour trip through the city, highly recommend. The staff at the hotel is amazing. The mall is across the street and lots of options for food. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family. Close to consulate, medical office and CAS

We had several family staying. Our room did not have covers only sheets. No hand towels. Keys needed to constantly be charged because our room wouldn’t open.

First time staying @ a hotel in Juarez usually stay with family. Was very impressed staff was great and very attentive, cleanliness of the hotel in general was great as well. Most likely will be booking there again.

Noisy and not at all any different from any other hotel that has thin walls and doors. The large amount of loud kids and the loud air conditioners made it more like a motel6 or other one and two star hotel. The decor and theme are nice, but not worth the extra money over a more rounded choice like Laquinta. The courtyard Marriott nearby is far beyond this for a similar price.

Our stay here was very pleasant my kids enjoyed the Pool very much and I had a couple of drinks at the bar every employee is so helpful and attentive

Noisy! we only got like 3-4 hours of sleep.. Air-conditioning was noisy. Staffs were talking loudly at the front of our door like no one is sleeping at 8 am. Low noise insulation. we can hear babies crying, people taking a bath, watching tv..

Everything was great! Comforting and genuine customer service. Only complaint would be the pillows in the room. Other than that is it an excellent choice for a hotel especially if taking family with you.
