Hotel Conquistador Inn By US Consulate

Hotel restaurant should stay open more late for families who want to eat and not leave the hotel. Doors and furniture should be renovated! Other than that, hotel was excellent.

Their employees are very unprofessional ignoring when you asked for ticket to get breakfast, kids have to pay when they should be able to eat for free! Their kitchen waitress have attitude and dont want to serve you! The water in the shower drain was clogged. Would not reserve again

This hotel was wonderful. From the staff on the inside to the taxi drivers stationed outside to the staff in the restaurant. Everyone was so nice and helpful in a stressful time in a family. They celebrated the ups and empathized with the lows. Will definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff and housekeeping. We were there for about 10 days and were well taken care of. When it was too hot outside to take the family out walking to eat somewhere, a taxi was always readily available at the hotel. We will be back again in a few months and will stay here again.

I had to stay in this hotel last minute 😩 so the hotel overall is a good hotel for the price you have access to everything but omg the beds are horrible 😫 the are hard as rocks my wife and I couldn't sleep all night and the next morning we had back pain I dont think i can stay here again for that reason the grandkids were super happy at the swimming pool

My stay in this hotel was fine, but definitely could use a deeper cleaning specially in the bathrooms. Also I will suggest to put someone checking that the rules are being followed in the pool area, there was people who took over the area for the entire day and left barely any space for others, and since the kids pool was close the little ones had to be the adults who were drinking beer and eating inside the pool. The only downside of my stay was the noise of other people screaming in the hallways and slamming doors but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Housekeeping, bellboys, security personal super friendly. (Front desk and restaurant not too much, but let’s assume that they just deal with too many people). Overall it was good.
