Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

Our stay at Pullman was lovely, we stayed in the family suite it was very spacious and clean. The poor area was lovely too and shopping centre was very close to the hotel.

As a family of 4, we really love your 2 bedroom unit as we can stay together in 1 unit

Horrible experience starting with the checkin. After writing to them without an answer for an early checkin, i arrive at the hotel at 7 AM with a 5yo after more than 10 hours of flight. I ask them to change me some money for the taxi and they say that there is an atm near by at 5 minutes walk. Thank you sir, let me grab my child and walk for 5 minutes because we are not tired at all. After that, they asked me for a early checkin fee that was more than what I paid for the room itself. After getting mad (meanwhile they were laughing like they had a lunatic person in front of them) they said : ok 50 euros then. I have paid 50 euros (no receipt, no bill). At breakfast, average products, when I went for a coffee the waiter took the rests from my plate and put them in my child's plate. When i come to the table she was eating her stuff with my rests aside on her plate. I can’t imagine how this hotel is a 5 star hotel. I will make a complain also directly to them. The service is horrible, just horrible. You are so business oriented and not human oriented. I have changed the hotel after one night.

Good for families

The room was enormous with a huge window wall. very nice immense breakfast. didn't try the pool, it was quite small and always full of kids.

The first apartment was dirty, smelly and stuffy. We were given a different apartment and otherwise everything was ok until i left a phone charger and travel adapter in the first room. Once i informed the staff first reply was, nothing was found. After repeated requests, they said they will look for it. By that time we had to check out as we were heading to another city. After returning to KL i went to the hotel and enquired about it. The staff first told me that it was found and that it was returned to us before we checked out. I went back, went through our luggage, checked with wife and family and confirmed that we never received it. I went back to the hotel and they said that they will check and get back to me. I received a call saying that my charger was found. I went back, for the third time, and found only my charger, not the adapter. I asked about it and was told they only found the charger. I tried to explain to them that how is it possible that they only found the charger, without the adapter as it was not possible to use the charger without the adapter. I was by that tiem very irritated and i requested that they should look for it again and get back to me. I never heard from them since. There was one front desk staff, Kelvyn, who was really good and helpful. Unfortunately all his efforts were let down by the others. So quite disappointed.
