Excellent stay with a family of 4. Very accommodating with late checkout and Hashim at the ground floor was incredibly helpful.

Hotel location is great. Near to KLCC, others shopping mall. Breakfast no suitable for my family. All the Egg series to hard to eat😂, choice not must, for kid only milk, porridge, bread. Room condition old. Bathroom hose broken, sofa and bed tear off. After wakeup, my kid and myself body get red dot. Don’t know what is that. Hope my experince share can help you all.

It was so pleasant and my child didn't want to leave. Truly great experience and luxury. Twin towers view even!!!
