The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur

Comparing the Ritz in KL to that here in Perth was quite a different story. Obviously the Ritz in KL is getting a little dated. Carpet in our room was starting to lift and sometimes our towels were not taken away for cleaning. We were only on the 5th floor and I feel like this was the cheaper end. Would have been nice to stay on a higher level. The little dessert each night and slippers put by our bed sides were a nice little touch. Cleaning staff courteous and the pool was a dream. Some families do allow their children (under the age of 16) which is not permitted, to swim and scream and make a lot of noise to those who prefer the quiet. There are 2 pools and families should take note of the sign and adhere to it with their little children. Otherwise I would come back again. Thank you

RCKL was a wonderful stay for my family even though it caters more to business clients.
