Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The hotel is exellent in all aspect. I will surely recommend this place to my friends and family in the USA.

Very strategic location in the middle of bukit bintang. However the deluxe room is not as good as the family and classic room. The staffs are helpful

I've been staying in the GM Kuala Lumpur whenever in KL since I can remeber. I must say their standards have fallen really low from time to time. I suffer from asthma, and during my last stay, staying in their rooms activate my asthma all day long. I couldnt breathe and got non-stop coughing and have to rely on my inhaler all the time, i cant get enough sleep due to having to wake up because of my asthma and use my inhaler. The air outside the hotel is fresher then inside of the rooms. The carpets are terrible as they trap dust. The vents where air is supposed to be sucked out are thick with dust. There's garbage from previous occupants under the bed & under the side tables. Even after complaining to the reception, nothing was done. I had to endure the stay as i have a young family and I have paid full for my stay. This will be my last stay there and my advice to anyone who have respitory illness, better to find an alternative stay.
