Tasteful decor and design, wonderful and polite staff Facilities could be improved and is at the hotel-apartment levels, not very suitable for family. But again could be a charming stay for young couples

Clean and beautifully designed hotel. Really popular among the Instagram and photography crowd as we saw several groups doing photoshoots throughout our stay. The hotel is small but full of interesting and beautiful touches. Front desk staff especially Mr Siraj are stellar and took efforts to make the stay special. Housekeeping and maintenance staff are also friendly and responsive. Room design favours aesthetics over practicality. City view rooms are on the smaller side but well designed with a harmonious mix of colors, textures and finishings. However some small niggles such as non-locking and glass panelled bathroom makes it more suitable for couples instead of families. Painted metal doors and shelving in the bathroom are a unique choice but impractical due to tiny shelving, lack of clothes hooks and patches of rust here and there. The hot and cold water taps in the shower is also temperamental and hard to dial them just right though pressure is fantastic. Aesop toiletries provided is a definite win. Queen sized bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows and well-weighted duvet. Bedside lamps however are wired in tandem and can't be switched on and off individually. Location is a convenient 5 minutes away from Jalan Imbi and Pavilion.
