Convenient location. Worked well for our family of three. Small room but we had everything we needed for our stay in Tokyo.

Right bang in Shinjuku 10 min walk from the main Shinjuku station. Lots of eateries around but for the really good stuff you need to walk a little bit further from the street the hotel is in. The street is full of what I think are hostess bars (male and female)?!? But oddly it doesn't feel seedy and lots of kids staying in this hotel. The room was quite worn down and needs some cosmetic repair, but otherwise everything worked just fine... The bathroom itself was nice and clean. Tiny room but that's expected in this part of Tokyo.

Room is very uncomfortable. Aircon is very weak. Reported to Front Desk but nothing changed. They said that 20c was the coolest but cannot be felt. My family find it hard to sleep. My 6 y.o. child had a terrible headache dye to lack of sleep and room temperature.
