BESPOKE HOTEL Shinjuku

Simple but OK breakfast was included and some evening snacks and drinks. Great concept! Good beds that are wide enough for sleeping with a (not too big) child. We stayed a family of four in two beds. Friendly staff and good service. Walking distance to the subway.

Nice place to lay your head after a day of activities around Tokyo. Overall the rooms were clean and comfortable. Be prepared for really tight spaces. We were a family of four and there was little space for us to maneuver with our medium sized luggages. My husband hit his back against the corner of the tv just trying to move around. Personally they should move the tv a bit higher. Staff kept our rooms clean and fresh towels and water on the daily. We used the laundry machines on the 2nd floor. It takes about 2 hours to do 1 load. Best to do them early morning when all the machines are open. Complimentary breakfast and evening drinks were nice. My husband appreciated the old school hip hop music in the lounge. Would stay here again! Thank you!

We loved our family stay here, especially the morning continental breakfast and after a long day walking Tokyo, coming back to some complementary drinks & snacks... plenty of options for food around the area & close to the metro... Staff where friendly & room was clean & tidy. We would stay here again.

Convenient location , friendly staff , clean Free basic breakfast (coffee , juice , muffin , cereal ) free drinks in the evening includes alcohol ! We are a family of four room was pretty small But was nice and we enjoyed it ! (Don’t expect big rooms in Tokyo unless you pay more than 1000$ a night )

The lobby and shared facilities are quite nice, but the rooms are very small and our window just faced the wall of the adjacent building. Pretty typical for a mid range hotel in Tokyo I guess. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids and shared 3 beds because that’s all that would fit. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Friendly and helpful staff.

The vibe of the hotel is calm and having the lounge and large tables to hang out was incredible. My family enjoyed the breakfast and treats.

I have kids, and i love clean . But everything same so old and smells. Only 4 stars for the staff was so nice and breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bespoke hotel. Hotel is clean, staff are very friendly. Location is great and the hotel is family friendly. Free breakfast and coffee with donuts was really appreciated by my whole family and having laundry room when travelling with kids was just a big bonus.

The room is a little squeezy for a 5-people family but the service including donuts, coffee and drink is excellent.

This property is conveniently located adjacent to the busy Shinjuku and Kabukicho neighborhoods - close enough to enjoy, but slightly buffered from the madness. The property is clean offers a refined welcome to guests in the lounge lobby. A nice breakfast is on offer, along with a daily happy hour where they serve Japanese whiskeys and sake free of charge. I would absolutely recommend this property to business, family or adult travellers.
