JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Shinjuku

The location was superb! 5mins walking distance to the main shinjuku train station that has train to everyone in Tokyo. Definitely recommend for any one travelling around Tokyo. Hotel was super clean. The kids love the bathroom with the tub. Space was enough for 2adults and 2kids. Nothing to complain about.

We got a great rate on two twin rooms for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was my favorite of any hotel on our Japan trip. I found that the area was not a touristy spot, which has pluses and minuses. Very convenient to train station and easy to grab taxis. We also used the laundry facilities, which was very convenient and easy to figure out (no need to bring laundry detergent).

We travelled with our young baby so having access to laundry and microwave on the same floor was so incredible for us. The hotel is average sized for Japan but was able to fit a baby cot provided by the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff were so helpful. Easy access to Shinjuku train station also.

I stayed in this hotel for two days, on the first and last day with my family including two young kids. I am very happy with the staff as they are helpful in making my stay enjoyable. I couldn't reach a hotel by emails and they helped to call up the staff repeated, I reserved the corner room expecting only two beds and they arranged three. There were a bit of hiccups as when I returned on the last day, my room was not prepared with three beds and the luggage was not in my room despite being told so. But, the staff immediately responded and everything was settled in 10 mins. The hotel is quite new and clean and buffet breakfast is good enf with a nice variety of food where kids are happy too.

Very spacious room - especially by Tokyo standards - for myself, my wife and one child. The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. Location is excellent: Very near Shinjuku Station yet on a relatively quiet street near the station. Staff was extremely kind, helpful and spoke good English, which is good because we only knew very basic Japanese. Highly recommend.

Would definitely recommend to families and people who are looking for convenient location and decent room size. Loved the bathroom is separated from the toilet.
