The connected rooms with four full beds are perfect for family. The rooms are facing a busy street, some noise but not very annoying. We also like the free food bar.

We stayed here for two nights and were satisfied. Hotel has a lounge opened for guests 6:30-22:00, with snacks, beverage, ice cream and etc, very easy for families with kids. Breakfast was sent to the room and was pretty good with an alternative Japanese and Western styles every other day. 2 min walking distance to Ginza shopping area. There’s a grocery and post office around the corner, which are bonus!

We loved staying at this hotel! We came with 9 family members and booked adjoining rooms. Convenient location. Loved the snacks and the lounge area. Cutest bar across the street called BTN.

There were 3 of us total. Wife and I with our toddler. There were grocery and convenient stores very close. Metro station was 5 min walk away. We wavered between staying here, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. We are glad we stayed here instead.

Our family group - one couple and two other adults -stayed in two "connecting" rooms, which worked very well. Hotel services are good - easy check-in and out, the "lounge" breakfast was simple and good, the staff efficient and helpful. The hotel is by an expressway and surrounded by other new buildings, but it is quiet, and convenient to walk to the Ginza, Shimbashi, Hamarikyu Gardens...

The hotel is right next to a family mart, a supermarket and Donki and it’s only 4 to 5 mins walk to the train station. It’s about 10 to 15 mins walk to Ginza Six. Excellent stay and we are very happy with our stay. Staffs are all very nice and attentive. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. We also stayed at Hoshinoya Tokyo while we were in Tokyo last month and believe it or not we preferred this hotel over Hoshinoya. We love this hotel so much that we have booked it again for our next trip to Tokyo. The hotel deserves a 10/10 rating.
