Overall: 9.5/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Safety - 10/10 (It's Japan anyway. Doesn't matter) Water pressure - 10/10 Room size - quite generous for Japan Room facilities - 10/10 Convenience to reach - 10/10 Location - 10/10 (Walkable to Uniqlo flagship store, Zara and all other shopping places) Breakfast - not good for vegans or vegetarians as there aren't many options. But there is a family mart on the ground floor of the hotel where you can get fresh and delicious bread. Subway station nearby - Yes Restaurants nearby - 10/10 I highly recommend this to anyone. One of the most reasonably priced and best hotels in Tokyo.

We are staying 2 nights and 11 nights. It is very comfortable hotel. Just one thing, there isn’t washing machines and microwave. We are staying 2 rooms with baby. If there were washing machine and microwave, that is perfect for us.

Great hotel! We would definitely stay here again as it was so clean and quiet. Loved the big family mart downstairs! The room was beautiful, we had such a nice city view, it was really too bad we only stayed 1 night this time. The massage chair in the room was a LIFE SAVIOUR after long flight.

Directly across the road from Don Quihote and above a family mart… close to public transport and many restaurants and shopping.

This hotel opened around covid time and after 3 years the hotel is still like brand new! I was planning my Tokyo trip spend 3 days searching and compared over 30 bookmarked hotels in Tokyo area, finally made up my mind and stayed here for 6 days. I was super happy! Everything is nice n clean! We loved the large bath tub in the room, bath tub can fit 2-3 kids or even two adult easily! We stayed at AC hotel by Marriott for two days, AC hotel cost 3 times more! But I still feel Remm Plus was better Hotel

We really enjoyed staying at the Remm. This was our first trip as a family to Tokyo so we were a bit nervous of what the hotel would be like. Once we arrived the staff was very welcoming and helped us get checked in. They provide everything. Face cleansers, lotions, razors, toothbrush, combs, tea, I wasn't expecting all the wonderful amenities so it was a nice surprise. The rooms are small, but very comfortable. We requested our two rooms be next to each other and there was no problem with our request. Housekeeping is spot on. We would leave at various times throughout the week and we would always come back to a clean room, fresh towels, and crisp pillow covers. The breakfast is less than $15 USD and it was very good. The location has convenient stores, Don Q store across the street. Tip; they open at 7 am, so if you're jet lagged go early and get the souvenir shopping out of the way. Subway is nearby as well as high end shopping. I would recommend Remm without a doubt. It's a gem of a place with great customer service.

Great newer hotel in a great location. Rooms are small, but well appointed. We had a double room for a couple and a twin room for our kids. Each room has a massage chair.
