I want to say thank you to the staff of this hotel. They are very helpful. I travel with family and stay in this hotel for a week and unfortunately our shinkansen train was cancelled due to the upcoming typhoon. The staff in hotel provided all the information we need and offer us discount on extra stays. Finally we decide to leave earlier and they refund the day of hotel that we didn't use.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza was a perfect location for our last night in Tokyo. Quiet, safe, and spacious to accommodate our family group of 16. Conveniently located providing access to shopping, food, and transportation to other parts of Tokyo. Would definitely stay again! Arigato Sotetsu Fresa Inn Staff!

A stay in Ginza district at reasonable price. We are a family of 4 and we got a two room suite. One room has three twin beds while the other has one full size bed. Main street of Ginza is two small blocks away. Shimbashi station is also in walking distance.

Checkin was easy. Staff were polite and took the time to converse with us in English. That was appreciated. Rooms are small and efficient. For a family of 4 we booked 2 rooms with a double bed in each. It is a tight fit, but we spent most of the time walking around sightseeing.
