Wonderful stay for our family on all counts. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Room was spacious and super clean and well equipped. Very close to all shopping/dinning and access to station. Will definitely choose next time too.

the staff were mostly friendly and helpful. location was great right in front of don quijote. also 2 blocks away from the main shopping street, lots of family marts 7/11 and restaurants walkable from the hotel. great area. the lobby is also so nice with a view of tokyo tower. rooms were very clean and comfortable. we had an exceptional experience with the hotel and i highly recommend it.
