Rooms were very small but clean and location was excellent. Service was impeccable. Our room was super humid here first night and a dehumidifier was delivered within 10 mins as per request. Breakfast buffet was good although selection was not great. Would have appreciated more fresh fruit options, but this seems to be hard to find in Tokyo in general. Very family friendly as they also have baby amenities and card games upon request. Location and service were too notch.

Amazing service and great rooms for family of 3. Convenient location near 2 major stations with plenty of dining options nearby. Extremely friendly staff. Will definitely consider this hotel again

We needed a place close to Tokyo station for easy access to train on the last night of our trip . This was the perfect hotel location with connecting rooms for family of 4 with two teenagers . Lots of great small restaurants around us - easy access to shopping . They offer delayed check out for a small fee per hour which allowed us to leisurely prepare for our long international journey. Would definitely stay here again when needing proximity to station .

The hotel is in the middle of the city. Close to the department store and character street where our kids enjoyed! But it was not too close to the NEX line and Tokyo station as i thought. Walk more than 15 min to reach there. There was drink bar, but not allowed in the morning (only for breakfast users) and after.10 pm so i was not able to use them at all. The room was clean enough to rest but there was no bathtube.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel: we are a family of 4 and had 2 connecting rooms with 2 private bathrooms. The best features of the hotel were the cleanliness and location. Location is close to Tokyo station which is a city in and of its own :)

Stayed here on our first trip to Tokyo. Location was excellent. Staff was super warm and friendly and was incredibly responsive to all my requests and emails. I have an important package delivered there before I arrived and they took care of it, informed me when it came in, and gave it to me as soon as I checked in. The drinks and snacks were lovely and were always greeted with a wonderful smile. The rooms were perfectly sized and ALWAYS clean. The pjs and slippers were a lovely bonus that my entire family wished we could have taken home (but left there). Would definitely recommend and stay again on our next trip.

We have 2 adults and 2 kids with triple beds. Very comfortable for 4 of us. Direct train from HND airport and it is only 3 minutes away walking to Tokyo station! You cannot beat this place especially traveling with young children

Staff was extremely helpful. They scheduled a van taxi to transport my family and wheel chair to the airport. I will use same hotel chain on future visits to Japan.

This hotel was great for our family of 4. We had 4 adults with 8 pieces of luggage. It was tight but the room was laid out well, bathroom was tight but functional. It was very easy to walk around and close (5-6 minutes walk) to Tokyo Station. The front desk team was very friendly and helpful.

Futon beds are our kids’ favourate. Room size is not big, limited service and amenity were offered. But given the location and the availability of futon beds, I would recommend to families with young kids.
