The Tokyo Station Hotel

My family enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and the space was very clean. It doesn't seem suitable for younger kids as it seems more for adults or teen years. Our family loved the breakfast buffet as well as the hotel's central location to everything. Walking around was easy!

Stayed with 2 children and loved this luxury hotel with Japanese toilet, welcome chocolates, lovely view of activity outside station, friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, and everything a traveler needs after a long day of sightseeing! We felt like royalty with the staff rushing to help with luggage and bowing as we entered the lobby daily. Everything was perfect and as expected for a beautiful property. I would stay there again or recommend to my traveling family. It is a great location to explore Tokyo as well as take day trips. Bathroom was large with extensive amenities. Nice sitting area to relax. Pajamas (even kid sizes) were provided! I can’t imagine nicer for the price. It was a good value.

Amazing Hotel. High ceilings, majestic and family friendly. Perfect central location to access trains. Tokyo Station itself provides so many services and food galore!

It's a well and truly luxury hotel at a great location, I mean you can't get closer to a main transport hub than this. NEX from Narita took apex 50 mins and we are at our hotel, no need to lug our bags navigating different stations is such selling point. We stayed a week as a family of four, laundry can get quite expensive as there's no coin laundry, the only option is hotel same day laundry service (collected by 10am and ready by 6pm same day). So be prepared. My husband and I also loved the A Spa down at the basement level. It's not part of the hotel but guests can spend 2000 yen per visit to use the sauna and hot spring pools. We went every single night, well worth the money! If we ever travel back to Tokyo this is the only hotel I'll stay in.
