Beautiful lobby and hotel is conveniently located, near to main station, with shopping and dining options. Nice room with good city view. The maintenance of the amenities in the room can be improved. Senior receptionist is thoughtful. He switched on the train display at the lobby when he noticed us looking intently at the beautiful display. He even offered to take a family photo for us with the display, and gave train stickers to my children. He makes the stay there more pleasant as a result. Thank you.

Easy access to Tokyo station. Room is a bit cramped compared to another hotel we stayed in Asakusa. Not so welcoming as I saw other customers being greeted personally on walking in to the lobby by reception staff. Maybe because I was on holiday and had family that I wasn’t very welcome in a business hotel.

My family of four stayed in a north-facing room with a great view of the train tracks below. Somehow, seeing the trains coming and going was surprisingly mesmerizing. Of course, the view of the cityscape at night was terrific as well. The room is fairly spacious in Tokyo's standard. The hotel is a bit dated, but you really can't beat the location. It took us less 5 mins to go from the hotel to the Shinkansen gate at Tokyo station.

My mum, baby and I had a lovely stay. My only request for the room would be USB ports. This may be being added when they upgrade the rooms. But it was missed as we are all connected to devices nowadays. There was plenty of power points, but we had more devices than adapters as we relied on the hotel having USB ports 0

My family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were a little on the small side, but the view and comfortable beds more than made up for it. We loved being so close to Tokyo Station. It very convenient getting to Narita airport. My son's favorite part was being able to watch the trains from our room at night and the amazing model train set in the lobby.

We really enjoyed our stay. We travelled with two small children and we comfortably fit in a double twin room. The highlight was the amazing view of the city from the room. All rooms are above the 27th floor. The place was very clean and they had all the little travel toiletries you might need. It’s in a great location next to Tokyo station (visit their website for easy directions). There are lots of good food options in the station or if you walk outside under the rail lines

Is very misleading when we booked online for the type of room. We have 2 adults and 1 child (12yrs old) as stated in my booking. However when checked in, we were given only 1 queen size bed which is very tight for 3 person.

Hotel Metropolitan Marunouchi has been an excellent choice for me and my family. I have stayed here 3 times this year and hope to be back next year as well. The rooms are always so clean and have great views. I have opted to get a train view for my 2 sons and they love watching the trains come and go. I most recently came this past week on a girls trip and had a nice corner room and it was perfect! My sister and I shared a room and it had great space. The staff is always friendly and have great customer service. I highly recommend staying here. It is a great location right next to the train station and it is a great price for great service and location.

I have stayed this hotel twice with my family and both times I was very happy there. It is literally right next to Tokyo station which all shinkansen stop as well as so many other trains and subways. (It has 2 Starbucks, Uniqlo and many more shops inside) The room has awesome view of Tokyo station area which is surprisingly quiet maybe because you would stay quite high up. (28th-33rd floor) The bathroom has a great big enough bathtub you can also sit & watch the nice view from the tub. The amenities are very good. I love Doctor C:labo set and minty but not harsh mouthwash they have. The service is excellent and staff is very nice and prompt. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely come back.
