Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi

Amazing stay with my family. Roomy and clean and the service was top notch. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. The location is great as it gives easy access to many restaurants, shops and transportation within a 3 year-old’s walking distance. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They helped us ship a suit case to our next destination and even allowed us to store a suit case at the hotel for 5 days after checkout. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. They are spacious with plenty of storage space and are immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large as well and the kids really enjoyed taking baths. The hotel pays a lot of attention to details, especially to accommodate the kids. They offered bath toys, personalized welcome snacks, kids’ bathrobes, origami paper and other children’s activities. Our kids were sad to leave this hotel. Overall, I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and I hope to return in the near future.

This hotel is located only steps away from the new Tokyo Station, which makes exploring the rest of Japan by rail very convenient. I read several reviews about the superlative service of the hotel staff in Tripadvisor and I was not disappointed. My family and I are seasoned travelers to Japan but understanding the rail schedule in Tokyo and where to catch the trains can be daunting, especially during rush hour. The concierge staff, suggested places to visit by email, even before we left for Tokyo, and beyond helpful in arranging our onsen trip-- starting with contacting the ryokan, helping us navigate the best train schedule options, accompanying us to purchase the train tickets and making sure we were at the correct line at the station to be seated once inside the train (thanks Jonathan and helping us to catch the bus to the airport (Yosuke). I cannot stress the superlative service, which was seamless, provided by the concierge staff, starting with Akhil, Shoko, Mami, Misato, Miwa, I'm sure there were others I forgot to mention. Nothing was ever left up in the air overnight when one of them left their shift, as was our experience at another new international 5* hotel in Tokyo. The reception staff was very welcoming (Ms. Nagae) and the gym was very clean and quiet and well equipped. (Maria) the gym receptionist was very warm and engaging. Although the rooms are set on the lower floors of a modern building, it was quiet, spacious, comfortable, and very clean.

Very comfortable room, luxurious , modern ,perfectly located by Ginza and the Tokyo train station. We loved our spacious family friendly room.

Our family of four stayed in a one bedroom suite which was comfortable, well-designed and spacious. Kids amenities kits (drawing, stickers, bath) and welcome snacks really delighted our children and also occupied them when in the room. They also enjoyed the fruit/sweets left in the room each day. We asked the hotel to help us book restaurants ahead of time, and they were very helpful, quick to respond, and detailed - they alerted restaurants of a food allergy, suggested we avoid certain foods, and provided the Japanese translation for the particular food allergy so we could use while eating in Tokyo. Unfortunately, our younger child likes to play behind curtains (floor to ceiling in the bedroom and living room), and she stirred up a lot of dust that triggered allergies for everyone.
