Hotel is simple, but for the price, it’s a good value. Room and bathroom were clean with up to date fixtures, and all the lights can be controlled from the bed’s headboard. Breakfast buffet was always good. I have a lot of food allergies, so I really appreciated that they labeled allergens for the food items. Hotel is also a 10 min walk from multiple subway stations. Also one block away from streets lined with small restaurants, and they all smelled amazing. 10 min walk to Ginza too, a shopper’s paradise full of art galleries and museums. Staff spoke some English, but anything that was important would be written out in English, and it would be given to you as a flyer. I came here solo, and I would come back to this hotel again. I would also recommend it to any of my friends and family. I can see the room size being too small for people who are more used to space. I live in NYC, so I’m used to shoeboxes for rooms. But in all honesty, you’re realistically only going to be in that room to sleep, so I wouldn’t let the size of it deter anyone. The closet only has three hangers, so pack some lightweight/stackable hangers if you plan to stay a while.

The property was really dirty. There was hair on the floor. There were splatter on mirror and glass. Dust everywhere. No cleansing. Bed covers were soiled. I spent my hard earned money and it was a terrible experience. The worst part was the breakfast. Only bread and kid’s plates that were so small. No balance it was the worst breakfast ever. I wish I could be refunded for this awful experience
