The check-in and check-out was smooth and location is great. Being just across the street from Kyoto station you can easily access transportation to anywhere you want to go. Room was decent sized and clean. Nothing to complain about from our family.

I booked 2 triple rooms for my family and it was clean,smells good,carpet is clean, they do clsaning daily on rooms and they have unlimited drinks for theie guests!Stayed 3 nights and breakfast was all tge same but was sufficient for breakfast! Convinient location due its very close to the kyoto station JR line bus, you can also grab taxis easily!

Excellent location that close to train station. Nice clean room that’s very practical. Can airplay my iPad on the big tv is great experience. Will definitely rebook next time I visit Kyoto. The room might be small for family travelers but perfect for my solo trip.
