Great location close to the train station. 7-eleven downstairs is handy. The coin operated laundry room can get busy (I experienced a queue). Breakfast is great. We stayed with two small kids. There are no baby cots available.

Great for our family of 4. 50m from the Kyoto train station. Awesome room and bathroom. Breakfast was very good, but only included 2 coupons per day although we had booked the room for 4 people. Would definitely stay here again. Had bag storage for us after we checked out as well. 7Eleven on main floor was super convenient.

Loved this hotel! 2 minute walk from Kyoto station. Got the deluxe twin room for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 9). Loved the bathroom, especially the shower room with bathtub. Room was very clean. We had breakfast included with our booking. Breakfast buffet was sooooo good, sooo much selection!! 7-11 is also on the first floor. I would highly recommend this hotel and the price was very reasonable. My husband loved their pillows and we all sleep comfortably. Also loved that you could monitor the washer remaining times and what is vacant from the tvs in your room. Very happy with the pricing, accomodations, cleanliness, location and breakfast. It looked very new!

Staff had a language barrier, beds, and pillows were hard. The room was so small. We were woken up by guests in the hallway allowing there children to play at 5 am until 7:30 am. Had to ask for softer pillows because they knew what they provided was hard. Manager didn't speak any English. All of the other hotels we stayed at were great. I would not recommend staying here at all. Checkout was at 10 am. I asked for an extended checkout due to the issues and being an American express platnum card holder and they charged me. Only good part about the stay is that it was connected to a convenience store and it was across the street from Kyoto station.
