Room is decent and clean. Location is close to Kyoto station. However, I was asked to pay tax at JPY 800 which is acceptable and to pay breakfast charge for my kids which I have already paid during booking. The given reason is some system error from hotel booking platform with hotel and they insist to charge. I had few days in APA hotel before this hotel which I didn’t experience this issue.
