Onyado Nono Kyotoshichijo Natural Hot Springs

They had little free benefits throughout the stay that really made me feel like they know what tourists want (massage chairs, popsicles and probiotic drinks for after the onsen, and soba for late night snacks!). It feels very much like a huge commercial ryokan, but when you have a toddler in tow, you appreciate every little comfort! They also had super cheap laundry services, where washing is free and drying is 200¥ for 40 minutes. Our huge load had no problem drying in their gas dryer on the first floor. I had a very comfortable stay and my toddler loved padding around on the industrial "tatami" floor barefoot.

It was great to stay with family for 3 days. Hot spring was very good.

very family friendly hotel with close proximity to kyoto station. very unique stay - loved the cleanliness of the onsen, and lots of amenities provided ( popsicles, yogurt drinks) and felt like a more traditional japanese experience. breakfast food was excellent as well. staff was very helpful and accommodating

Great spa. Close to the Kyoto station and sightseeing area. Clean and comfortable rooms. Had a great time with my family.

Nice relaxing hotel with hot springs. Very close to Kyoto Station, less than 15 minutes walk. The buffet breakfast was traditional and western and very good. Complimentary ice cream bar and 9pm ramen snack is also good. Hot springs was separated for the genders. Note: no bathing suits allowed in hot springs, but my family loved it.

We loved our time at this hotel - so much so that we changed our travel plans at the end of our trip in order to come back another night! The whole hotel is beautiful, including the rooms and onsen (spa) area. As a family of four I appreciated that we could all stay in a room together, but we had separate sleeping areas. The hotel has fun touches like complementary afternoon ice-cream and late night ramen. And we all enjoyed the massage chairs! The breakfast buffet had a lot of traditional Japanese foods to choose from and it was all very good. It's a wonderful place to stay!

It is a very nice onsen hotel. It is minutes walk to Kyoto train station and shopping mall. The hotel’s onsen is very nice with several hot spring pools. Other services included are really great for our family, such as free ice cream, Yakut drinks, tea and macha latte, massage chairs, ramen noodles at night were great for adjusting from jet lag. The staff were also nice and friendly. We loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend to all travelers who would like to learn a bit about Japan and the Japanese ways.

Great stay for our family of four. Various baths were excellent. Breakfast buffet was totally worthy. The area is not so busy as Shijo/Sanjo area (so less choices of restaurants), but it's so close to the Kyoto station.

Very comfortable place for a family trip

This is an unbelievably beautiful experience! Impeccable service, beautiful property, private onsen, family onsen, sukiyaki dinner and Japanese breakfast in enclosed private room and will definitely be back!!!
