Room was normal size, was traveling with a family of 4 and was able to move around with 4 suitcases. Staff very friendly and professional. Hotel located right next to kyoto station which makes the location perfect. Breakfast was really good i would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family or single traveler.

We booked this hotel through Expedia and selected to pay for breakfast. We thought that breakfast should be included for everyone in my family (3 adults and 1 kid). When we checked in the Hotel, they told us that we had to pay breakfast for my kid because my reservation only covered for 3 adults. In my reservation, we do not see any information regarding breakfast included only for adults. We felt upset because the contract was breached. Either Expedia or Kyoto Century Hotel failed to inform us this extra fees when we booked.

Stayed with my wife and 2 kids - Had an amazing time, close to train station and very clean. Excellent service. Not sure why its not a 5 star hotel but it should be!

The amenitiy was one drink ticket and that was water or coffee. That is not a perk. The staff was terrible. I asked to delay my check out for an hour due to illness of a family member and they said “no” and was very rude. They sat all foreign guests away from the buffet restaurant because they thought maybe we would interfere with Japanese guess. Also the service was not good I was not impressed by this hotel

Took my two toddlers and hubby there for a weekend getaway. The staff were very welcoming and kind. My kids loved waving at the friendly staff. Our room was clean, and had a great view of the trains arriving at Kyoto station. My son loved watching the trains from our room window. The calm atmosphere of the hotel helped us relax from our excursions around Kyoto. Definitely want to return again!
