This property was incredibly dated from the lobby to the rooms. I got the junior suite and there was no room, and you had to climb up the stairs that the railing was loose way too much money for what you got

Very quiet family area. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful in English and Spanish.

We stayed at this hotel as a family of 4. The room that we stayed in was spacious. The hotel was very clean and modern. The A/C worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful on arrival. The location was perfect. It is within 1 to 2 minute from the vaporetto station at the Grand Canal. It is within 1 minute walk from the Main Street so it is away from all the traffic news. The days that we stayed the neighborhood held a block party with band. It was lovely to see how the neighborhood came together to celebrate. I definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

This place was lovely and peaceful. We were looking especially for a quiet restful holiday which is exactly what we got. Our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed. Would totally recommend it if you want a nice place close to everything, boats, markets and access to all the interesting places. Fantastic hotel, well located, you feel the Venetian and Mansion Style, our family loved it, the suite was super comfortable. Great service, they welcomed us at the front desk with a map and guidance about getting around. Totally recommended. Easy to get from the Train Station Vaporetto/public boat (4 stations) and short walk.

We chose a junior suite as it was our wedding anniversary. The suite was very comfortable with a superking bed located in a mezzanine area reached by stairs from below. We had 2 clean andxwell equipped bathrooms both with full size bath. The furnishings were of a high quality in a traditional but light Venetian style. Our room overlooked a quiet pedestrian side street with glimpses of a canal. Breakfast was good featuring continental or buffet cooked options. The staff were helpful & friendly from the time we booked right through until leaving. This was one of the best features of our stay and helped make it easy and enjoyable.
