Wow! when they said canal view, they weren't kidding! For a very reasonable price, we had an enormous room with two balconies, a great view, and a comfy, restful sleep. It,s close to the water bus stop and the gondola ferry, and even has its own dock so water taxis can pick you up and drop you off. An amazing rooftop deck for sunset drinks tops it off. I would stay there again.

Lovely friendly staff. Excellent location for Rialto and San Marco. Arrived by water taxi which came right up to hotel foyer. Lots of restaurants close by and good shops. The roof top terrace has amazing views, however needed some maintenance as a lot of the wood was rotten so I would not take a child up there.
