Main issue here were bedbugs that left everyone with multiple bites. Heat/AC was not working properly either. Convenient area to stay in but cannot leave a positive review with children having bites all over.

As a family, we loved our stay at this hotel. The room was ideal, staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfecrly adequate, with a nice view out to a square. It was in the heart of venice, on a canal side.

The hotel was located in a great area of Venice convenient to shopping, eating, and about equidistant to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square. While the hotel staff wasn’t the friendliest we had on our European adventure, they were polite and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for adults, and/or families with teens, but not families with younger children.

Lovely, friendly family run hotel. Nice surprise to see that it lived up to its photos! Great location, great decor. We were very happy.
