Positive: Room was nice and big to accommodate all 5 of us including baby. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local areas and amenities. Negative: Room was on the 3rd floor with no lift access. Since the stairs are steep, it’s really tiring to climb towards the end of the day. There are no supermarkets or convenience store located nearby. (Closest one is about 20 min by walking)

The hotel is a perfect location, only a few minutes from the Rialto bridge. Our room was big enough for a family of 4, and a good sized bathroom too. Drinks from the bar on the terrace on the Grand Canal was great (and very reasonably priced too!) good breakfast. Fab!

Great hotel for our family, and we loved the patio on the Water. The pastry smell being cooked in the morning was amazing. Walking to Rio Alto and from S Stae aquabus stop is easy.

Loved this hotel so much , it was in a nice quiet area and good location ideal for walking to the various sights. The room was a great size for our family of 4 with comfortable beds and nice and clean. The breakfast was really nice too with lovely room overlooking the grand canal . The staff were all friendly and helpful and quickly bought extra pillows when we asked . Would highly reccomend and would love to stay again if we visited again .
