It is centrally located and the staff is over the top accommodating. Stayed with my kids and parents and Loved it!

We stayed in the family suite on the top floor. It was brilliantly laid out over two floor, with two bathrooms and a terrace with a hot tub. Greet staff, breakfast and location too

Great spot and awesome room. We had a family of four in a suite with a sofa bed. The space had closing doors for each area so worked great. Of course one bathroom but had two toilet areas on the floor that worked out great. Would stay here anytime I’m back here.

We loved everything about the Frame hotel. The location was fantastic, the property was stunning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay there again when we return to Florence, and recommend it highly to our family and friends and anyone who visits this magnificent city!

The Frame was a very nice boutique hotel. We had 2 adults and 2 children and our room was very spacious. The location was ideal and close to many shores and restaurants. My only complaint was we were there during the hottest week of the year and our room did not ever get very cool even with requests to lower the air conditioning. The shower also was small, but worked.
